1. The service

NoctisNode provides VPS and dedicated servers paid in cryptocurrency. Accounts open with email and password only — no KYC.

2. Accounts & credentials

You are responsible for your account and SSH keys. We never store private keys.

3. Payments & balance

All payments are made in cryptocurrency and credited to your balance. No KYC at any step. Deposits cannot be refunded to external wallets.

4. Server lifecycle & billing

Servers are billed per cycle (1/3/6/12 months). Renewal charges your balance automatically. An insufficient balance may result in suspension and then deletion of the server.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. We act only on verified network abuse and binding judicial orders.

6. No refunds

Each cycle is a one-shot payment. No refunds to external wallets.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is. You are responsible for your own backups.
